Excellent cab service! Harsh was friendly, polite, and took us around all the sightseeing spots comfortably. The car was clean, the ride was smooth, and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended!

I will recommend this taxi service for travelling in dharamshala. Just make sure you get every detail in advance and what is covered and not covered. Else drive will unnecessary start arguing and then you have call service provider To get things done.

Make sure whoever is driver understand your need in advance else again he will start making excuse.

My operator was Gaurav who made sure I get what I wanted

Greetings.
I visited Dharamshala in May with my family. I booked a taxi through Groove Taxi Service, and due to limited time, our trip could only be completed in one day.
I truly appreciate Ajay Sharma ji from the bottom of my heart for handling everything so politely and calmly, without any shouting or anger, even in a short and busy schedule.
I am very grateful. I will definitely try your taxi services again in the future.
Thank you, sir, for sending us such a good and professional driver. The trip was very nice.
Ajay Sharma was very calm, polite, and drove really well. Everyone in my family enjoyed the trip a lot.
Thank you so much.

We booked a taxi from Dharamshala to Shimla, and honestly, it turned out to be such a relaxed 😌 journey. The driver was very friendly, stopped at beautiful viewpoints on the way, and even suggested a nice place for chai. Roads were long, but the smooth driving made it feel easy. No rush, no stress just a comfortable hill ride. Would definitely book again for long trips.😊
